Passengers must wear seatbelts and minors must use car seats. We do not provide car seats.

There is no smoking in any of our vehicles under any circumstances.

Customer credit card receipts will be available for 45 days from the day the charge was made.

Las Cruces Taxi

We do not negotiate taxi rates. Rates are $3.00 to start, $2.50 per mile and $0.50 a minute for wait time. Wait time will be charged anytime the driver has to wait once the meter has been started. This include loading and unloading of such things as groceries.

Taxi drivers only take cash. In the event we must take a credit card payment for any fare there will be a $5.00 credit card processing fee applied for fares up to $170.00.3% will be charged for larger fares.

Drivers only carry $5.00 change. Please be prepared with small bills or ask to stop so you can make change if needed.

We are not responsible for items left in the cab. We will return the items to the office and Item will be available for pick up the following day. If Item is returned to you by the Taxi, regular taxi rates will apply.

Las Cruces Shuttle

We understand the airlines are unpredictable. However the shuttle has a set schedule we need to follow. Private cars and charters are charged by the hour. In both cases we do our best to accommodate airline delays and change. If you are delayed by an airline it is imperative you contact us immediately.

3% crecit card processing fee will apply for all refunds required where no services were provided on the total of the original charge and the refund amount.

Shuttle Service

Advanced reservations are required for all Airport shuttle trips. Same day reservations and walk-ons will be considered if time and room permits.

Reservations should be made 48 hours or more in advance if possible.

Reservations are made based on your flights. Please ensure you are providing the correct flight information. If you receive notice from the airlines that you have a flight delay, flight number change or a change in your date of travel you are required to update us. For flight delays into El Paso Airport you will be moved to the next available shuttle. If you are delayed past the last shuttle of the evening you may be scheduled on a shuttle out the next morning. Credit or refunds will be considered if you keep us updated on you changes.

One way reservations or round trip reservations that start in El Paso require payment prior to pick up.

Cancelation more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancelation with less than 24 hours notice will receive a ticket for travel. Tickets are good either direction and never expire.

We do not refund or offer tickets for no show passengers. You are required to update us on flight changes. Failure to update us so we may alter your services will result in the loss of the fare.

Shuttle fare includes 2 checked sized bags and 1 carry on size item.

Animal Kennels: Small/Medium, up to 1.5’x1.5’x2′ $15 Large, up to 2’x2’x3′ – $20

Bicycle Box: $20

Oxygen – passengers who have a prescription may bring the one bottle they will be using.

Oversized luggage such as trunks, large boxes, large oddly shaped items, etc. will be required to reserve a private vehicle. Shuttle space is limited to luggage and smaller items.

Private Car Airport Service

Reservations and payment required at lease 24 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to availability.

Cancelations made less then 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival will receive a $50% refund. Full refund if canceled more then 24 hours. before scheduled arrival.

Flight delays- passenger is required to notify us of any flight delay or flight number change. If driver arrives in El Paso for the scheduled arrival time and you are delayed and have not notified us of the delay, the driver may only wait 30 minutes for arrival. If the new arrival time is more then 30 minutes after original arrival time driver will return to Las Cruces and no refund will be issued.

Charters -(Vans-SUV-Sedan)

Advanced reservations required. Payment in full is required 14 prior to service. 3% credit card processing fee may apply.

Cancelation within 7 days for service will not receive refund.

In the event that any passengers in your group (including the booking party) becomes unruly or refuses to follow driver instructions, they will be dropped off by the driver, solely at the driver’s discretion. No refunds, No exceptions.

Tolls and Parking fees are not included and will be charged accordingly.

Any property that is lost, damaged or stolen is not the responsibility of Las Cruces Transportation, Las Cruces Shuttle or Las Cruces Taxi. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicles. Illegal Drug use will not be tolerated. Any infractions will result in the immediate end of Transportation with NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Overtime (if available) will be charged on the credit card on file in half hour increments. Please reserve sufficient time for your event in order to avoid Overtime charges. No over time will be allowed if payment was made in cash or by check. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges that may occur. Customer understands and agrees that a replacement vehicle may be required and used in the event of a major mechanical failure or any other serious issue. If this happens you may accept the alternate choice or cancel and receive a full refund.

Las Cruces Shuttle is not liable for delays/ interruptions/ damages caused by acts of God, strikes, riots, authorities of law, perils of navigation, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, mechanical breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.

NEW SECURITY RULES MANDATED BY THE FAA

Passengers are advised that new security rules mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration will require more time for check-in.  We are recommending that you get picked up at least three hours prior to your departure time. Officials urge travelers not to come to the airport unless they have checked with their airline and have been told they have a confirmed seat on a confirmed flight.

GENERAL CHECKLIST FOR PASSENGERS

  • Only ticketed passengers will be allowed through the security screening to go to the gates.
  • Curbside check-in is available.
  • No knives of any kind are allowed through security screening.
  • No parking is allowed in the terminal garages within 75 feet of the building.
  • Absolutely no unattended vehicles are allowed at curbside.  Unattended vehicles will be towed immediately.
  • All electronic devices (cell phones, pagers, personal assistants, etc.) will be x-rayed at security screening.
  • All vehicles entering the airport are subject to search. 
  • Do not leave any baggage or belongings unattended.
  • Be sure to have a picture ID on your person at all times.
  • The airport strongly encourages you to avoid or limit carry on items.
  • Please be patient and courteous to all security personnel.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL AIRPORT TRIPS. 

WE DO NOT STAGE VEHICLES. Rates on our pages do not include the Driver’s gratuity.
